The CAIRNS director traveled from Pine Ridge Reservation to Cheyenne River Reservation to meet with Museum staff regarding the ongoing development of a new display of their American Indian collection. Pictured below (R-L) is Jeff, Lori and Melody in front of a new case being built by a local craftsman. Inside the unfinished case are items temporarily displayed. The exhibit design links all displayed items to specific glyphs on the White Horse winter count.
