Arts South Dakota featured two videos today, which is Native Americans’ Day here in South Dakota. The first is a video “Takuwe” by filmmaker Dalton Coffey about the educational art exhibit by the same that CAIRNS developed in 2018. The second video is “A Look Into the Making of Takuwe,” an extended discussion facilitated by Andrew Reinartz and Jim Speirs of Arts South Dakota, with Dalton Coffey and the CAIRNS director, centering on the creative process of developing the video and exhibit.
